The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law library is happy to announce its reopening to law school alumni and members of the New Hampshire Bar—now with new, free access!— after closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.
New Hampshire bar members, alumni, and law firm employees are all welcome
Evolving from our longstanding Attorney Membership program, we are now thrilled to welcome all New Hampshire Bar members and alumni to the library for free on Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our law librarians will be available to consult with visitors during these business hours.
Access information for the UNH Franklin Pierce Law Library
New Hampshire Bar members should show a valid bar card for entry to the building and New Hampshire law firm employees should have a valid employee ID. UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law alumni will also need to show relevant ID.
Visitors should use the law school’s main entrance on 2 White Street and ring the doorbell for entrance. Our security staff will ask for a current bar card for New Hampshire Bar Members, an employee ID from a firm or employer for law firm staff members, or relevant ID from alumni. The library will also ask for your signature in the visitors’ book.
