Vendors and publishers of electronic resources may have the technical means to monitor, count, control, and deny access if they suspect improper use. Such activity violates the license agreement and jeopardizes the continued access to and use of any licensed electronic resources by the entire UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law community.

Once you have logged in, you can access databases and other electronic resources available through the library website.
The USNH VPN is provided through GlobalProtect. Instructions for installing and configuring the VPN can be found through the USNH Knowledge Base: GlobalProtect VPN
Note: in September 2023, the USNH VPN switched from PulseSecure to GlobalProtect. PulseSecure is no longer supported.
You can check the status of many major campus IT services (such as Canvas, campus wifi, etc.) on the USNH Systems Status page. There is also a log of recent incidents and upcoming maintenance.
Click on the “log-in” button in the upper right-hand corner. Select “IP Access”. You will need to enter your UNH Franklin Pierce Law email address as a login ID under "IP Access". If this is the first time you are accessing SCC Online Web Edition using this email id, then click on the “register here” at the bottom of the popup window. Supply your name and UNH Franklin Pierce Law email address. If you’ve already registered just login with your email address. No password is required.
